Studying to take the written “Rules of the Road” test (expired license & a few tickets), I came across this bit of information and had to share it. “Pedestrians age 18 or older may skate on public roadways where the posted speed limit is 45 mph or less from sunrise to sunset as long as vehicular traffic is not impeded or obstructed.” – Rules of the Road pg 37....Damn, skateboarding isn’t a crime! Well, at least not all the time!
